Job Requirements
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as persuasion skills

- Strong knowledge of beer industry and its retail consumers is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic computer skills are required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of insurance is required
- One to two years previous experience in related field (distribution, hospitality, supplier or beverage industry) preferred
- Draft Technician Certification preferred
- Experience operating a vehicle while pulling and maneuvering multiple size trailers is preferred
- CDL license is preferred
Job Duties
- Make sales calls to designated accounts
- Secure and expand distribution in assigned account base
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with accounts
- Collect money for outstanding invoices and keep up to date on customer credit status
- Maintain knowledge of product portfolio and promotions
- Meet or exceed monthly quotas and distribution objectives
- Participate in sales meetings and on-site training
- Work with customers to determine draft, merchandising and sponsorship requirements of an event
- Plan, schedule and order merchandising materials and equipment for special events
- Deliver, set up, perform maintenance tasks and pick up draft equipment at events
- Work or schedule others to staff an event to stock kegs or cases
- Maintain open communication with the point of contact for special events
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and solve draft system problems and report to management
- Maintain inventory and manage draft hardware and equipment in a cost effective manner
- Ensure that all equipment and product is in good working condition
- Ensure compliance with all company procedures and government regulations and attain copies of municipal licensing when needed
- Develop and maintain a full understanding of all draft systems and components and keep current with product updates and new technology in draft systems and service
- Understand proper cleaning techniques for cleaning draft lines as well as how to replace parts as needed
- Monitor and fill out all promotional request forms, competitive forms, and reimbursement forms
- Work evenings, weekends and holidays on a scheduled or on call basis
- Perform sales relief duties on regular daily sales routes as needed
