Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in event coordination
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- capability to stand and move throughout event duration
- excellent organizational skills
- strong attention to detail
- effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- experience in event coordination or related field
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and problem-solve in real-time
- familiarity with event logistics
- ability to work effectively within a team
- understanding of client service principles
- experience working in a unionized environment is a plus
Job Duties
- coordinate setup and takedown of special events
- greet event hosts and facilitate client needs
