Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older and able to obtain proper licensure as required by the New York State Gaming Commission
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must possess a minimum of one year of prior relevant experience in event coordination, promotions, hospitality, casino/gaming, marketing, or related fields such as administration, guest experience, or live events
- Must possess availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, and adjust based on monthly promotional and event calendar
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn and navigate property systems and event management software
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of all special events and promotions, partnering with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless delivery
- Compose and distribute event and promotion-related communications, including guest letters, property-wide memos, event fact sheets, and promotional collateral
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and entertainment partners
- attend events and serve as the on-site point of contact to proactively address and resolve issues
- Create official rules for events and promotions and partner with Compliance, Legal, and Marketing for review and approval
- Recommend event and promotional gifts, coordinate ordering, scheduling, and presentation logistics
- Process vendor and collateral payments, including preparing purchase and check requisitions and ensuring timely approvals and payment completion
