Job Requirements
- Associate's degree with emphasis on event management, hospitality, or related discipline
- Three years of experience coordinating and supporting conferences for large groups
- Valid driver license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as assigned
- Must be a current permanent or temporary CCCD employee
- Must comply with District policies and professional ethics
- Authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Duties
- Plan, coordinate, implement, and administer large-scale events such as workshops, conferences, and competitions
- Develop and maintain participant and subject matter information
- Arrange for venues, speakers, judges, and panelists
- Provide logistics and hospitality support to campus and district administrators
- Support events-in-progress with multimedia, supplies, evaluations, and certificates
- Work with judges and event leaders to select competition criteria and participation rules
- Prepare and distribute promotional materials including flyers, announcements, and programs
- Manage fee statements, billing, and registration support
- Compose professional correspondence and reports
- Perform related duties as assigned supporting the position's objectives
