Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years of experience in a similar role or equivalent education and experience combinations
  • One or more years of administrative and coordination support experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn additional software
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to adapt to variable event schedules with weekend work
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and strong customer service standards during peak periods and extended hours

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years of experience in event planning, trade shows, marketing events, or related functions
  • One or more years of experience providing administrative, logistical, and coordination support for events or conferences
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Project management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and positive communication under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate special events and community programs
  • Provide on-site support during live events
  • Manage guest concerns and ensure exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate with animal teams, facilities, vendors, and volunteers
  • Handle administrative duties including invoicing and contract management
  • Maintain inventory, staging, and event setup
  • Utilize banquet event management systems and Microsoft Office applications
