Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • two years of prior relevant experience in guest experience or event planning required
  • possess excellent working knowledge of PC computer software programs including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Canva, Amadeus, Adobe
  • exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders

Job Duties

  • Coordinate pre-production, production, and post-event marketing materials under the direction of the Special Events Manager
  • provide feedback and oversee deployment of event marketing efforts in a timely manner between various internal departments
  • attend assigned events and ensure previously planned items are executed with the highest level of service
  • manage departmental files including financial records, vendor proposals, memoranda, correspondence, and office reports
  • maintain and update the marketing portal with event details including criteria, schedule of events, prize structure, and earning criteria
