Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 1 year of related work experience
  • no previous supervisory experience required
  • no license or certification required
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds independently

Job Duties

  • Coordinate operation of all special events and entertainment experiences
  • review and maintain operational status, lighting, audiovisual aspects, cleanliness, and system operation
  • correct any aesthetic deficiencies
  • follow training guidelines to support event management
  • supervise and assist in training special events staff
  • operate event management software systems including ticket issuance, retail sales, inventory, and space usage
  • resolve financial, inventory, and numerical discrepancies
  • comply with company policies and report unsafe conditions
  • maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • welcome and assist guests according to company standards
  • communicate clearly and professionally
  • build positive working relationships and support team goals
  • ensure quality and standard compliance
  • recommend new ideas, technologies, or processes to improve operations
  • perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds
  • perform other reasonable tasks as assigned
