Job Duties
- Coordinate operation of all special events and entertainment experiences
- review and maintain operational status, lighting, audiovisual aspects, cleanliness, and system operation
- correct any aesthetic deficiencies
- follow training guidelines to support event management
- supervise and assist in training special events staff
- operate event management software systems including ticket issuance, retail sales, inventory, and space usage
- resolve financial, inventory, and numerical discrepancies
- comply with company policies and report unsafe conditions
- maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- welcome and assist guests according to company standards
- communicate clearly and professionally
- build positive working relationships and support team goals
- ensure quality and standard compliance
- recommend new ideas, technologies, or processes to improve operations
- perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds
- perform other reasonable tasks as assigned
