Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Coordinate the operation of all special events or pleasure experiences
- Review operational status including lighting, audiovisual aspects, cleanliness, system operation and correct any aesthetic deficiencies
- Follow training guidelines to support management and assistant managers of special events
- Supervise and assist in training all special event employees
- Learn and operate software systems used in events such as ticket issuance, retail sales, inventory, space usage
- Resolve financial, inventory, and numerical discrepancies
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries, and hazardous working conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in uniform and personal appearance
- Greet and recognize all guests according to company standards, anticipate and meet guest service needs, express genuine appreciation
- Communicate clearly and professionally, answer phones with proper etiquette
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships, support team to achieve common goals
- Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards
- Identify and recommend new ideas, technologies, or processes to enhance effectiveness, productivity, quality, safety, or cost reduction
- Perform reasonable work tasks as requested
- Stand, sit, or walk for long periods during shifts
- Move, lift, transport, push, drag, and place objects weighing less than 25 pounds without assistance
