Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least one year of related work experience
  • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance

Job Duties

  • Coordinate the operation of all special events or pleasure experiences
  • Review operational status including lighting, audiovisual aspects, cleanliness, system operation and correct any aesthetic deficiencies
  • Follow training guidelines to support management and assistant managers of special events
  • Supervise and assist in training all special event employees
  • Learn and operate software systems used in events such as ticket issuance, retail sales, inventory, space usage
  • Resolve financial, inventory, and numerical discrepancies
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries, and hazardous working conditions
  • Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in uniform and personal appearance
  • Greet and recognize all guests according to company standards, anticipate and meet guest service needs, express genuine appreciation
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, answer phones with proper etiquette
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships, support team to achieve common goals
  • Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards
  • Identify and recommend new ideas, technologies, or processes to enhance effectiveness, productivity, quality, safety, or cost reduction
  • Perform reasonable work tasks as requested
  • Stand, sit, or walk for long periods during shifts
  • Move, lift, transport, push, drag, and place objects weighing less than 25 pounds without assistance
