  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Plans and manages events at multiple venues including weddings and corporate events
  • Assists with large-scale or complex events and off-site events when applicable
  • Creates proposals, BEOs, layouts, and detailed event documentation
  • Maintains the master event calendar and ensures accuracy
  • Makes real-time operational decisions during events
  • Serves as primary client contact and conducts venue tours
  • Oversees event setup, breakdown, and room resets
  • Reviews event details with staff and assists with supervision and training
  • Handles event-related communications and payment processing
  • Completes post-event evaluations and supports marketing efforts
