Job Duties
- Plans and manages events at multiple venues including weddings and corporate events
- Assists with large-scale or complex events and off-site events when applicable
- Creates proposals, BEOs, layouts, and detailed event documentation
- Maintains the master event calendar and ensures accuracy
- Makes real-time operational decisions during events
- Serves as primary client contact and conducts venue tours
- Oversees event setup, breakdown, and room resets
- Reviews event details with staff and assists with supervision and training
- Handles event-related communications and payment processing
- Completes post-event evaluations and supports marketing efforts
