- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in event planning required
- Self-starter with strong project management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines effectively

Job Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in event/project management, business, communications, hospitality management, marketing, or logistics
- Previous experience in event planning
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Coordinate and execute all aspects of special events including alumni, fundraising initiatives, stewardship, donor cultivation and community outreach programs
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to develop event concepts, themes, timelines, and budgets
- Manage event logistics such as venue selection, catering, guest lists, invitations, and onsite coordination
