Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Compliance with company policies and safety procedures
  • Professional appearance and communication
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company property

Job Duties

  • Assist in coordinating the operation of all special events and entertainment experiences
  • Review operational status including lighting, audiovisual, cleanliness, and system functionality
  • Correct aesthetic or operational deficiencies
  • Follow training guidelines to support special event management
  • Supervise and assist in training special event employees
  • Learn and operate event management software for ticketing, retail sales, inventory, and space usage
  • Resolve financial, inventory, and numerical discrepancies
