Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to move and stay active throughout shifts
- customer service orientation
- willingness to learn and follow established teaching methods
- flexible availability including afternoons and evenings
- ability to work weekends
- passion for working with children and families
Job Qualifications
- background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics preferred
- previous experience working with children is advantageous but not required
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to engage and entertain children
- enthusiasm for helping others and working in a team
- positive attitude and high energy level
Job Duties
- Lead or assist amazing birthday parties and special events based on the proven curriculum and teaching method
- provide outstanding customer service and membership experience treating customers like family
- create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children and families at each party
- maintain a safe and engaging space for all participants
- communicate effectively with parents and children
- promote the gym's programs and offerings
- adhere to all health and safety guidelines
