Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged equivalent
- at least 1 year of related work experience
- ability to operate software systems related to events
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
- adherence to company policies and procedures

- ability to operate event-related software systems
- strong communication skills

Job Duties
- assist in coordinating the operation of all special events or leisure experience activities
- check the status of operation, lighting, av, cleanliness, system operation and correct any aesthetic deficiencies
- follow through with training guidelines to support the direction of special events manager and assistant managers
- monitor and assist with training for all special events employees
- learn and operate software systems used in events such as ticketing, retail, inventory, space usage
- resolve financial, inventory, numeric discrepancies
