Job Requirements
- high school diploma or g.e.d. equivalent
- at least 1 year of related work experience
- no supervisory experience
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
- willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
- strong communication skills
- commitment to guest service excellence
- ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Duties
- assist in coordinating operation of special events and leisure experience activities
- check status of operation, lighting, audiovisual, cleanliness, and system operation
- correct any aesthetic deficiencies
- follow training guidelines to support special events management
- monitor and assist with training for special events employees
- learn and operate event-related software systems
- resolve financial, inventory, and numeric discrepancies
