Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or g.e.d. equivalent
  • at least 1 year of related work experience
  • no supervisory experience
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
  • strong communication skills
  • commitment to guest service excellence
  • ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Duties

  • assist in coordinating operation of special events and leisure experience activities
  • check status of operation, lighting, audiovisual, cleanliness, and system operation
  • correct any aesthetic deficiencies
  • follow training guidelines to support special events management
  • monitor and assist with training for special events employees
  • learn and operate event-related software systems
  • resolve financial, inventory, and numeric discrepancies
