Job Requirements
- Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to live and work in Chattanooga, TN
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Previous event management or sales experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a high-volume and fast paced environment
- Clear communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Job Duties
- Recruit, plan, execute and act as a primary on-site contact for non-baseball events at Erlanger Park
- Assist with all events from beginning to end including walk-throughs, pre-event planning, food and beverage planning, staffing, load-in/out, event execution and post-event settlement
- Assist in hiring and scheduling internal staffing for set-up, tear down and execution of events
- Proactively solicit new business by making sales calls/presentations, attending trade shows, and engaging in other client prospecting with expectation of exceeding revenue targets
- Create leads and develop long term relationships in the event planning, production and promotion communities
- Support the marketing plan and strategy for stadium outside events including updating and maintaining all information on facility website, social media, and marketing materials
- Provide superior customer service to clients before, during and after event
- Perform other related duties as assigned
