Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Willingness to submit to background check
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand and move actively throughout shifts

Job Qualifications
- Experience working with children preferred
- Background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics helpful
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Comfortable leading group activities

- Ability to follow curriculum instructions
Job Duties
- Lead or assist birthday parties and special events based on curriculum
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience
- Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children and families
- Engage actively with children using movement-based learning and play
- Ensure safety and cleanliness of the party area
- Support team and communicate effectively with parents
- Encourage positive behavior and participation among kids
