Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, event management, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in event planning or hospitality management
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with event management software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required

Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all private dining and group event inquiries
  • Collaborate with guests to design customized experiences that reflect their vision, preferences, and budget
  • Work closely with the General Manager, Chef, and Service Team to coordinate menus, wine pairings, staffing, and logistics
  • Prepare detailed event proposals, contracts, and floor plans
  • Manage event timelines from inquiry to execution, including deposits, confirmations, and post-event follow-up
  • Ensure all events are executed to CHG standards - polished, on time, and guest-focused
  • Maintain accurate event records, financial tracking, and reporting
  • Build relationships with local partners, vendors, and community organizations to grow event opportunities
