Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, event management, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in event planning or hospitality management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with event management software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required

Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all private dining and group event inquiries
- Collaborate with guests to design customized experiences that reflect their vision, preferences, and budget
- Work closely with the General Manager, Chef, and Service Team to coordinate menus, wine pairings, staffing, and logistics
- Prepare detailed event proposals, contracts, and floor plans
- Manage event timelines from inquiry to execution, including deposits, confirmations, and post-event follow-up
- Ensure all events are executed to CHG standards - polished, on time, and guest-focused
- Maintain accurate event records, financial tracking, and reporting
- Build relationships with local partners, vendors, and community organizations to grow event opportunities
