Job Duties
- assisting in the production, facilitation and execution of large scale and signature special events
- directing special ticket opportunities year-round
- assisting with concept creation, site selection, budget development, vendor coordination, expense management, setup, breakdown, hospitality and post-event evaluation
- serving as the primary lead for sponsorships in all markets, documenting and executing sponsorship benefits
