Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience
  • Ability to use event management software
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds

Job Duties

  • Assist in coordinating the operation of special events and leisure experiences
  • Check the status of operation, lighting, AV, cleanliness, and system operation
  • Follow through with training guidelines to support event management
  • Monitor and assist with training special events employees
  • Learn and operate software systems used in events such as ticketing, retail, and inventory
  • Resolve financial, inventory, and numeric discrepancies
  • Follow all company policies and procedures including safety and appearance standards
