Job Description
The Little Gym is a world-renowned enrichment and physical development center specializing in programs for children ranging from 4 months to 12 years old. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work Friday nights, Saturday afternoons, and Sundays
- Must be physically active and able to move throughout the shift
- Enjoy working with children and families
- Willingness to learn and follow training protocols
- Reliable and punctual
- Excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, or related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage and connect with children and adults
- Positive attitude with a fun-loving and energetic personality
- Experience in customer service or event coordination a plus
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours
Job Duties
- Lead birthday parties and special events using proven curriculum
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience
- Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children and families
- Engage actively with kids and parents to ensure enjoyment and satisfaction
- Maintain a safe and clean environment during events
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies
- Assist with setup and cleanup of party and event materials
