Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least one year of professional experience in communications, journalism, event planning, or related areas
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • High level of creativity
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work occasional nights and weekends
  • Willingness to travel occasionally

Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate on-campus recruiting events such as Admitted Student Day, Green and White Day Open House events, Marshall Group Visits, and New Student Orientation
  • Coordinate the parent and guest experience during New Student Orientation
  • Collaborate with staff and campus partners to develop, promote, and execute recruitment events for internal and external audiences
  • Manage and schedule content across Enrollment Management social media platforms using a content calendar
  • Draft and edit social media posts to engage prospective students and families
  • Oversee student workers' social media contributions and provide feedback to ensure brand alignment
  • Work with the Director of Enrollment Management Marketing for content oversight and final approval
  • Staff and train tour guides for campus tours and conduct tours for group visits and special events
  • Arrange private tours and meetings for prospective students
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries in the Recruitment email inbox
  • Ensure comprehensive visitor experience for all events
  • Complete training and provide golf cart tours for prospective students and guests
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
  • Work occasional nights and weekends
  • Travel occasionally as required
