- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to engage and entertain children
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to work weekends and evenings
- background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is a plus
Job Duties
- Lead or assist amazing birthday parties and special events based on our proven curriculum and teaching method
- provide outstanding customer service and membership experience
- create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the children and families at each party
- engage actively with children and parents to ensure a memorable experience
- follow safety and hygiene protocols during events
- assist with setup and cleanup of party spaces
- contribute to a positive team environment
