Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
- Advanced working knowledge of databases
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook)
- Ability to use and operate standard office equipment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Commitment to information systems security and attending related training
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and external partners
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Qualifications

- Advanced working knowledge of databases
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of CAD preferred
Job Duties
- Coordinate with the Managers monthly educational article and public service announcements for distribution to local community newspapers
- Maintain and distribute a list of community and special events to meet contract compliance
- Coordinate and maintain community education requests on events calendar
- Maintain accurate records of community and special events and assist in preparation of annual reporting documentation
- Create and maintain educational and promotional materials and presentations
- Prepare letters, memos, reports, and meeting minutes as needed
- Establish contracts with appropriate parties and monitor contract compliance
- Coordinate billing and collecting process of special and community events
- Collaborate with Managers to ensure educational programs and classes are available to the community
- Work with Operations Managers to coordinate operational resources for events and ambulance donations
- Schedule BLS CPR classes
- Assist with coordination of CPR training programs
- Make contacts with school districts and schedule coverage of school functions
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and information systems security
- Use and operate standard office equipment
