The Little Gym is a globally recognized enrichment and physical development center dedicated to children ranging from 4 months to 12 years old. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lead and assist children in active environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to stand, move, and be active for extended periods
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Comfortable wearing athleisure attire during work
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Background in child development, physical education, and gymnastics is helpful but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage and play with children effectively
- Positive attitude and ability to maintain high energy levels throughout shifts
- Experience in customer service is advantageous
- Ability to follow a structured curriculum and teaching methods
Job Duties
- Lead and assist amazing Birthday Parties and special events based on a proven curriculum and teaching method
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience
- Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children and families at each party
- Engage actively with children to encourage participation and enjoyment
- Maintain a safe and clean environment throughout all activities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations
- Uphold The Little Gym's values and represent the brand positively at all times
