Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Availability to work part-time schedule
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic proficiency with cash handling and POS
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Provide customer service at various exhibits and shows
  • Operate attractions and events ensuring guest safety
  • Sell tickets using suggestive selling techniques
  • Sell retail merchandise and maintain merchandise displays
  • Operate cash register and POS system accurately
  • Handle cash bank and deposits following cash control procedures
  • Answer guest inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Direct guests to appropriate locations with clear instructions
  • Follow all company policies and report any accidents or unsafe conditions
  • Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Welcome guests according to company standards and anticipate service needs
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
  • Develop positive working relationships and support team goals
  • Comply with quality assurance standards
  • Suggest improvements to increase efficiency and safety
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
  • Perform other duties as assigned
