Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work part-time schedule
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic proficiency with cash handling and POS
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Provide customer service at various exhibits and shows
- Operate attractions and events ensuring guest safety
- Sell tickets using suggestive selling techniques
- Sell retail merchandise and maintain merchandise displays
- Operate cash register and POS system accurately
- Handle cash bank and deposits following cash control procedures
- Answer guest inquiries promptly and courteously
- Direct guests to appropriate locations with clear instructions
- Follow all company policies and report any accidents or unsafe conditions
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information
- Welcome guests according to company standards and anticipate service needs
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
- Develop positive working relationships and support team goals
- Comply with quality assurance standards
- Suggest improvements to increase efficiency and safety
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
- Perform other duties as assigned
