Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in customer service or valet parking is preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient driving skills, including experience with manual transmission vehicles
  • Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with guests and address their needs
  • Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers
  • Background in hospitality or guest services is preferred
  • Previous experience in valet parking or as a delivery driver is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork

Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner upon arrival
  • Efficiently park and retrieve vehicles while ensuring their safety
  • Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area
  • Assist guests with any inquiries regarding parking services or facility information
  • Provide valet parking services as needed, including operating manual transmission vehicles
  • Monitor vehicle flow and ensure compliance with parking regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experiences and service quality
  • Willing to work in our Santa Monica location for about 1 month and then permanently work at our Century Park East location but may need to be a floater between these location as needed
