Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in customer service or valet parking is preferred
Job Qualifications
- Proficient driving skills, including experience with manual transmission vehicles
- Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with guests and address their needs
- Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers
- Background in hospitality or guest services is preferred
- Previous experience in valet parking or as a delivery driver is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner upon arrival
- Efficiently park and retrieve vehicles while ensuring their safety
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area
- Assist guests with any inquiries regarding parking services or facility information
- Provide valet parking services as needed, including operating manual transmission vehicles
- Monitor vehicle flow and ensure compliance with parking regulations
- Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experiences and service quality
- Willing to work in our Santa Monica location for about 1 month and then permanently work at our Century Park East location but may need to be a floater between these location as needed
