Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to operate POS systems and cash registers
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work an on-call, part-time schedule
- Professional personal appearance and demeanor
- Adherence to company policies and confidentiality guidelines
Job Qualifications

- Ability to operate cash register and POS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Provide customer service in operations for exhibits and shows
- Operate attractions/events assisting guests to safely enjoy their experience
- Sell tickets using suggestive selling methods
- Sell retail merchandise and maintain displays
- Operate cash registers and POS systems
- Manage cash bank and deposits with accuracy
- Respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously
- Direct guests with clear, professional instructions
- Follow company policies and report incidents
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- Foster positive team relations and support common goals
- Identify and recommend improvements for efficiency and safety
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting
- Carry out other job duties as assigned
