Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of experience in event coordination or related field preferred
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- highly organized with excellent time management
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- physical ability to lift 25 pounds
- reliable transportation
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in special events or related role preferred
- outstanding communication skills including in-person and email
- highly detail-oriented and proactive in completing tasks
- ability to meet deadlines and follow timelines

Job Duties
- Manage Allianz Field tour program including responding and communicating with tour groups via email and phone
- proactively reach out to prospective tour groups
- schedule tours and organize tour agreements and payments
- lead full-stadium tours and schedule Tour Guides
- Assist Special Events team with event-day responsibilities such as taking photos of space setup and activity
- print signage and assist Event Lead and clients with setup and teardown
- Acquire knowledge of Allianz Field's booking system to view calendar, book tours, prepare and send invoices, enter payments
- Manage scheduling, setup and teardown of internal MNUFC and stadium vendor activities
- Attend Special Events staff meetings, event planning meetings and client calls or site visits as available
- Maintain attention to detail, take initiative, and create a positive working environment
