Job Requirements
- Managerial, supervisory, customer service and selling skills necessary

- Class A CDL drivers license and clean MVR

Job Duties
- Coordinate and execute special events and promotions
- administer all point of sale, neons and promotional products by receiving, inventorying, organizing and distributing them timely
- comply with company guidelines regarding neon repair
- attend all meetings required for event planning
- organize equipment and supplies including ice, balloons, POS
- schedule staffing
- set up, break down and clean up events
- complete all paperwork such as proposals, checklists, check requests, event summaries and budget analysis
- complete event recap and payroll summary by Monday
- invoice special events and collect payment within 10 days
- review budget and staffing with Market Manager prior to event
- complete daily agenda and call report for monthly review
- research Beverage Activity report for permits
- inventory and clean equipment including trucks, cold plates, CO2 tanks, tubs, troughs and cups
- ensure trailers are in working condition and Vehicle Inspections comply with DOT regulations
- unload and reconcile inventory and clean trailer after each event
- manage inventory of POS materials including budget, order and tracking
- maintain permanent, paper and PPG rooms
- ensure daily POS orders are printed and distributed
- repair neons per company standards
- adhere to company standards, policies and procedures
- perform other tasks as requested by management
