Job Requirements
- Must be available to work the first 10 days of the academic term and all home football games
- One year customer service or related experience or equivalency
- Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds
- Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform essential job functions

Job Duties
- Assist students at the Course Materials Counter with locating and understanding required textbooks and materials
- Support processing, packaging, and distribution of online textbook orders
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, answering questions and resolving issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work every home football game at the stadium concessions
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to health and safety standards
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Restock inventory and maintain cleanliness at concession stands
- Deliver a positive fan experience through excellent service and teamwork
