Job Duties

  • Move and arrange furniture according to event specifications
  • setup and adjust audio-visual equipment including projectors, screens, microphones, and sound systems
  • assist with the setup of registration desks, signage, and other event-related areas
  • assist with catering, ushering, decorating, and laundry duties during events
  • use exceptional customer service skills in all interactions
  • interact with event organizers and attendees to address their needs and ensure smooth event execution
  • collaborate with facilities, catering, and IT departments to ensure cohesive event experience
  • inventory, track, and audit event spaces, furnishings, and equipment
  • perform related duties as assigned
