Job Duties
- Move and arrange furniture according to event specifications
- setup and adjust audio-visual equipment including projectors, screens, microphones, and sound systems
- assist with the setup of registration desks, signage, and other event-related areas
- assist with catering, ushering, decorating, and laundry duties during events
- use exceptional customer service skills in all interactions
- interact with event organizers and attendees to address their needs and ensure smooth event execution
- collaborate with facilities, catering, and IT departments to ensure cohesive event experience
- inventory, track, and audit event spaces, furnishings, and equipment
- perform related duties as assigned
