Job Requirements

  • High school graduation or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in hospitality, events, or related field
  • Successful completion of a criminal history background check
  • Possess a current, valid, unrestricted driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Move and arrange furniture according to event specifications
  • Setup and adjust audio-visual equipment including projectors, screens, microphones, and sound systems
  • Assist with the setup of registration desks, signage, and other event-related areas
  • Assist with catering, ushering, decorating, and laundry tasks related to events
  • Use exceptional customer service skills in all interactions
  • Interact with event organizers and attendees to address their needs and ensure smooth event execution
  • Collaborate with other departments such as facilities, catering, and IT to ensure cohesive event experiences
