Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one to two years of serving or banquet experience preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • strong guest service and communication skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift 25 lbs or more
  • ability to reach, bend, lift, and carry items
  • availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and during race meets

Job Duties

  • Provide professional, attentive food and beverage service during special events and race meets
  • set and maintain tables, glassware, linens, and service areas
  • deliver food accurately and efficiently from kitchen to table, buffet, or with synchronized service for specific special events
  • communicate with kitchen and service teams regarding timing, requests, and guest needs
  • check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
  • assist with room setup, service flow, and breakdown after events
  • operate the Micros POS system as needed with training provided
  • maintain a professional appearance and service standard at all times
