Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 3 years' experience in event planning, fundraising, donor relations, or volunteer coordination
- Strong writing abilities and verbal communication skills including comfort with public speaking required
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple planning timelines required
- Intermediate knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite required
- Familiarity with donor databases preferred
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities helpful
- Must be adaptable, collaborative, creative, and mission driven
- Must be available for occasional evening and weekend work
- Must pass a Level II background check/fingerprinting, drug screening, and FDOT/MVR check
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead planning, logistics, and execution of signature fundraising events and community engagement activities
- Manage event timelines, budgets, vendors, volunteer roles, and event day operations
- Support donor stewardship and fundraising activities including sponsorship outreach, follow-up, and acknowledgment
- Coordinate event materials such as invitations, programs, signage, and scripts
- Assist with implementing the Development Plan in alignment with organizational goals
- Support fundraising reports, donor engagement tracking, and event metrics
- Schedule and coordinate tours for donors, leadership groups, community partners, and professionals
