Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Responsible for the supervision and implementation of daily operation of festivals talent including scheduling and task follow-ups
- lead rehearsals and trainings for assigned teams
- mentor staff to maintain successful team-oriented productions
- provide logistical support for the entertainment department and warehouse
- develop, update and follow standard operating procedures, attendance and performance tracking, daily reports, and supply requests
- ensure safety training and proper use of PPE for all team members
- supervise event cast, technicians, costume staff, and manage reporting and team member development
- maintain quality standards for all assigned tasks and special events
- uphold artistic and technical integrity of shows and events
- act as front-line management representative and liaison with production and technical staff
- coordinate special events and shows in various venues
- assist with entertainment activities outside primary park facilities
- submit detailed daily and weekly reports to managers
- cover for other supervisors, technicians, and departments as needed
- work professionally in a team environment interacting with guests and ambassadors
- perform other assigned duties
