Job Requirements
- Be enrolled in no fewer than 6 credit hours during semester term
- For summer, be enrolled in or pre-enrolled in minimum 6 credit hours or admitted to study upcoming fall semester
- Undergraduate or graduate student status
- Obtain CPR/AED certification within one month of appointment
- Available to work 12 to 15 hours per week
- Ability to work flexible hours including special event times
- Submit a resume and cover letter
- Not eligible for concurrent hourly and salaried student positions
- Comply with no remote work policy unless approved
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Coordinate with facility and equipment reservations and special event requests
- Responsible for setup, preparation and breakdown, clean-up of special events
- Responsible for knowing day-to-day operations and daily events scheduled
- Responsible for staffing all Special Event Monitor shifts
- Create and maintain employee schedules for Special Event Monitors
- Assist in covering shifts on short notice and fill in for absent employees
- Serve as liaison between Special Event Monitors and Administration Staff
- Assist administrative staff with employee performance evaluations
- Hold Special Event Monitor employees accountable to discipline and work performance guidelines
- Maintain Special Event Monitor employee records
- Assist in hiring new student employees including reviewing applications and scheduling interviews
- Ensure integrity and consistency in enforcing policies and procedures
