Job Requirements

  • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
  • No prior experience required
  • Ability to handle cash and electronic transactions
  • Willingness to learn and participate in on-the-job training
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow safety regulations
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to follow company procedures and safety regulations
  • Basic math skills to handle transactions accurately
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment

Job Duties

  • Approach and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Use respectful communication to assist guests with questions, problems, and concerns
  • Relay customer concerns or information to shift lead or Operations Manager as necessary
  • Issue and collect visitor parking tickets
  • Match visitor ticket to parking rate schedule and collect proper payment
  • Complete lost ticket forms when original tickets cannot be located
  • Reconcile receipts, cash, and charges accurately
  • Perform revenue drops following specific location procedures
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area
  • Answer telephone promptly and courteously when required
  • Immediately report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to management
  • Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates at all times
