Job Requirements
- Current Indiana Paramedic certification
- Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Minimum of 1 year of EMS field experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and maintain composure under pressure
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Flexibility for varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to work in diverse environments including outdoor settings and large crowds

Job Duties
- Provide emergency medical care and basic/advanced life support according to Indiana EMS protocols
- Assess patients and determine appropriate treatment in various event environments
- Monitor and manage patients until care is transferred to an ambulance crew or higher-level facility
- Work closely with EMTs, event staff, security, and venue personnel to ensure safety and efficient response
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation of all patient encounters and interventions
- Ensure equipment, supplies, and medical kits are stocked, clean, and ready for deployment
- Represent the EMS agency with professionalism and excellent customer service
