Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or regional marketing management
  • proven ability to plan, execute, and analyze marketing events
  • excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • highly organized with attention to detail
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
  • comfortable working independently and collaboratively

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or regional marketing management (home improvement or consumer products industry preferred)
  • proven success in planning, executing, and analyzing large-scale marketing events
  • strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
  • highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • demonstrated ability to coach, train, and motivate teams
  • comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across departments
  • ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds as needed

Job Duties

  • develop and manage a comprehensive annual calendar of consumer events, home shows, and regional marketing activations
  • identify, research, and negotiate participation in high-impact events within the assigned territory
  • oversee event logistics, including vendor management, booth design, setup/teardown coordination, and inventory management
  • recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of event demonstrators to ensure consistent brand presentation and exceptional customer engagement
  • create and implement systems to track event performance, lead generation, and ROI
  • provide detailed post-event reports and strategic insights
  • collaborate with the corporate marketing team to align regional campaigns with overall brand strategy
  • maintain strong relationships with community organizations, event partners, and venue management to maximize exposure opportunities
