Job Requirements

  • experience in hospitality including theme parks, family entertainment centers, hotels, resorts, casinos, or restaurants
  • at least one year of supervisory or management experience
  • ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • must be professional, energetic, self-motivated, and able to motivate others
  • maintain professional grooming and conduct
  • ability to multitask and adapt to last-minute event changes
  • willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • ability to work well with employees, management, and external vendors

Job Qualifications

  • experience in hospitality including theme parks, family entertainment centers, hotels, resorts, casinos, or restaurants
  • at least one year of supervisory or management experience
  • act as brand ambassador and culture champion
  • professional, energetic, self-motivated with the ability to motivate others
  • maintain professional grooming and conduct
  • ability to interact enthusiastically with others

  • establish working relationships with employees, management, and vendors
  • exercise good judgment in decision-making
  • willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Duties

  • assist event sales manager with special event execution
  • communicate effectively with park management and outside vendors
  • plan and organize events ensuring smooth execution
  • manage last minute changes without compromising event integrity
  • assist with decorating, setup, and tear down of events
  • test lighting and audio equipment
  • provide first class customer service with a guest first attitude
