Job Requirements
- experience in hospitality including theme parks, family entertainment centers, hotels, resorts, casinos, or restaurants
- at least one year of supervisory or management experience
- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- must be professional, energetic, self-motivated, and able to motivate others
- maintain professional grooming and conduct
- ability to multitask and adapt to last-minute event changes
- willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- ability to work well with employees, management, and external vendors
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- assist event sales manager with special event execution
- communicate effectively with park management and outside vendors
- plan and organize events ensuring smooth execution
- manage last minute changes without compromising event integrity
- assist with decorating, setup, and tear down of events
- test lighting and audio equipment
- provide first class customer service with a guest first attitude
