Job Duties
- Read and follow standardized recipes
- measure and assemble ingredients for menu items
- prepare housemade menu items such as soups, desserts, and dinners
- learn and execute kitchen preparations and food safety protocols
- set up, close, stock and clean assigned areas
- perform all job descriptions and tasks assigned by management
- support other staff as a team player
