Job Duties

  • Ability to read and follow standardized recipes
  • measure and assemble ingredients for menu items
  • prepare housemade menu items such as soups, desserts, dinners, etc.
  • prepare and have working knowledge of menu items offered on menu after training
  • learn and know kitchen preparations and food safety in a fun and fast paced environment
  • set up, close, stock and clean assigned area
  • perform all job descriptions and tasks assigned by management
  • team player and helps support other staff in their duties
