Job Duties
- Ability to read and follow standardized recipes
- measure and assemble ingredients for menu items
- prepare housemade menu items such as soups, desserts, dinners, etc.
- prepare and have working knowledge of menu items offered on menu after training
- learn and know kitchen preparations and food safety in a fun and fast paced environment
- set up, close, stock and clean assigned area
- perform all job descriptions and tasks assigned by management
- team player and helps support other staff in their duties
