Job Duties
- greet all spa guests upon arrival
- answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services and products
- assist guests with booking spa and salon appointments
- process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- cater to guest needs throughout their visit
- escort guests to locker rooms and treatment rooms
- maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
