Job Requirements

  • Associate degree with major concentration in food preparation, management, nutrition or related field or equivalent experience
  • minimum four years progressive experience in a related culinary role
  • experience in high volume fine dining or catering environment
  • knowledge of hospitality industry practices
  • strong communication and supervisory skills
  • ability to train and develop staff
  • proficiency in food safety, sanitation and accident prevention
  • high level of organizational skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • punctuality and reliable attendance
  • ability to meet legal requirements for employment

Job Qualifications
