Job Requirements

At least 1 year in a steady work position
background in active roles such as retail, food service, caregiving, etc.
reliability, coachability, and a drama-free approach to teamwork
attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
comfortable working solo and entering client homes
willingness to accept feedback to foster growth
live within or very close to Montgomery County, PA (residents of Philadelphia need not apply)
reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
21 or over
authorized to work in the US

Job Duties

Travel directly from your home to client homes
perform high-quality residential cleaning using our proven methods
work independently or in a team based on the cleaning schedule
build lasting relationships through friendly and respectful service
follow checklists and job notes to ensure consistent excellence on every job
