Job Requirements

- Previous experience as a medical receptionist, front desk receptionist, or administrative assistant
- Fluency in Spanish
- Strong computer proficiency
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist, front desk receptionist, or administrative assistant required
- Background in a medical office, healthcare facility, or adult day care preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong computer proficiency and organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities with a positive, professional demeanor
- Fluency in Spanish required
Job Duties
- Greet and assist patients warmly at the front desk and by phone, delivering excellent customer service
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage calendars, and support medical office operations
- Draft correspondences and other office communications in a professional, clerical manner
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Support daily administrative and front desk receptionist tasks for smooth office flow
- Provide assistance to patients, providers, and medical assistants as needed
- Help cultivate a welcoming, inclusive, and professional healthcare office environment
