Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years line maintenance experience
- Familiarity with procedures applicable to various phases of maintenance
- Maturity of action and judgment
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication, organization and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Project and MRO software
- Experience with narrow body or business jet aircraft preferred
- Must be able to obtain an AOA badge
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident

- U.S. person as defined by ITAR regulations
Job Duties
- Plans, schedules and coordinates a broad spectrum of flight vehicle's scheduled, modification and non-routine maintenance work packages
- Plans and coordinates a broad spectrum of flight vehicle's permanent/temporary relocation to other locations
- Maintain and track maintenance requirements per OEM inspection programs, ADs/SBs/SILs and existing maintenance programs
- Source, schedule and plan off-site and 3rd party maintenance vendors
- Defining, reviewing and updating the scope and task relationships of maintenance work packages
- Determine schedule and plan available resources for maintenance work packages
- Plan, track and update labor requirements/availability for maintenance work packages
