Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years line maintenance experience
  • Familiarity with procedures applicable to various phases of maintenance
  • Maturity of action and judgment
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication, organization and planning skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Project and MRO software
  • Experience with narrow body or business jet aircraft preferred
  • Must be able to obtain an AOA badge
  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Project and Maintenance Tracking (MRO) Software
  • Experience on narrow body and/or business jet aircraft preferred
  • Able to obtain an AOA badge
  • U.S. person as defined by ITAR regulations

Job Duties

  • Plans, schedules and coordinates a broad spectrum of flight vehicle's scheduled, modification and non-routine maintenance work packages
  • Plans and coordinates a broad spectrum of flight vehicle's permanent/temporary relocation to other locations
  • Maintain and track maintenance requirements per OEM inspection programs, ADs/SBs/SILs and existing maintenance programs
  • Source, schedule and plan off-site and 3rd party maintenance vendors
  • Defining, reviewing and updating the scope and task relationships of maintenance work packages
  • Determine schedule and plan available resources for maintenance work packages
  • Plan, track and update labor requirements/availability for maintenance work packages
