Job Duties

  • Supervise spa team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Oversee spa treatments, fitness areas, equipment, classes, recreation programs, pool area, and retail operations

  • Provide exceptional guest service through direct interaction and communication
  • Mentor and train spa staff to exceed guest expectations
  • Monitor labor needs and staffing levels to meet business demands and labor cost objectives
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues with patience and empathy
