Job Requirements
- At least one year customer service experience specifically scheduling appointments
- possess professional telephone etiquette for booking and handling guest requests
- ability to communicate and describe spa offerings and benefits
- ability to anticipate guest needs
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining highest level of customer service
- possess general accounting skills for cash and credit transactions and daily closeout paperwork
- maintain knowledge of spa industry
- proficient typing and writing skills
- computer literate to complete transactions accurately
- efficient use of computer equipment and fax machine
- attention to detail
- prioritize, organize and follow up on tasks
- maintain confidentiality of guest information
- handle guest complaints in courteous and professional manner
- stay calm under pressure
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Coordinate and book spa services
- answer inquiries about spa services and products
- make appointments and schedule therapists
- upsell services, packages, and specials
- communicate spa policies and procedures to guests
- respond to voice and email messages
- review reservations for errors
- manage group spa appointments
- ensure accurate guest treatment entry in Resort Suite
- resolve appointment discrepancies before guest arrival
- make spa confirmation calls 36 hours before appointments
- check waitlists
- maintain positive and helpful attitude
- assist with guest requests, check-ins, check-outs, and retail sales
- perform Spa Attendant duties including laundry and facility maintenance
- collaborate with Spa Management on projects
