- At least one year customer service experience specifically scheduling appointments

- general accounting skills for cash and credit transactions and closeout paperwork
- maintain knowledge of spa industry

Job Duties
- Coordinate and book spa services
- answer inquiries about spa services and products
- make appointments and schedule therapists
- upsell services, packages, and specials
- communicate spa policies and procedures to guests
- respond and follow up on voice and email messages
- review reservations for accuracy
- arrange group spa appointments
- enter guest treatments into Resort Suite accurately
- resolve appointment discrepancies
- make spa confirmation calls 36 hours before appointments
- check waitlists
- maintain a positive and friendly attitude
- assist reception with guest requests, check-ins, and check-outs
- sell retail products
- assist with spa attendant duties including laundry and maintenance of locker rooms and tranquility room
- work with spa management on downtime activities or projects
